Join the NO HARM Hour for Men
When the emotional well-being of men is not valued, their healing and wellness can take a backseat to a man-up mentality that can mask the need to connect with other men.
The NO HARM Hour provides a safe space where men can be vulnerable, share stories, and engage in shared accountability. In doing so, we offer healing to ourselves and provide safety for women, children, and the community.

Utah Domestic Violence Coalition Training
NO HARM recently had the opportunity to conduct a series of trainings for the Utah Domestic Violence Coalition. (UDVC)
The Reducing Harm, Reclaiming Wholeness series expanded the lens in which we view harm prevention and intervention – all in the effort to increase healing, safety, and transformation for all.
We are thrilled to know that the training was well-received. Here are a few of the comments:
“When I first engaged in the Reducing Harm, Reclaiming Wholeness training, I had my own personal bias on what this training would look like and was concerned that this training would not be something I could participate in due to my own personal and lived experience as a survivor. The offender in my case did participate in (sexual assault) offender treatment, and this was unsuccessful. Through my participation, and Spencer's thoughtful consideration for individuals in similar circumstances, I was able to gain knowledge on the subject of restorative justice. Through this experience, I have learned that I can have empathy for those who have been harmed, and still hold space for accountability when they have caused harm. I have increased my understanding of survivors who choose restorative justice over retributive justice. I have truly appreciated this training series, the wisdom, and the compassion that Spencer and his team provide to all.”
“This training allowed me to understand brokenness in people and more of an explanation as to why violence occurs. I have gained a deeper understanding and from that a deeper empathetic approach. I also want to apply using more specific vocabulary to explain my feelings. The exercise about feeling statements was so simple, yet greatly important and transformative to how I will utilize language.”
“Fantastic presenter! He certainly knew what he was talking about, was personable, and provided a great balance of evidence-based info and anecdotal info. I could listen to him all day!”
”This was an engaging and extremely beneficial training. The material was thought-provoking and insightful. This was truly one of my favorite trainings I have attended. Thank you for putting this together to empower us as individuals and professionals.”
